when i pull up to a stop the car starts to vibrate but if i put it into neutral or park it stops any guess? all fluids from the rear end to power steering are new+full so its not that.

When you put it into neutral or park there is no stress on the transmission and the engine is not laboring to try to push the car forward. It could be something as simple as the engine mounts are worn or it could be the beginnings of a transmission issue. Check your transmission fluid, maybe change the fluid if it’s never been changed, then take a look at the engine mounts.
