Colgate Plax

My dentist just suggested Colgate Plax for kids for my daughter. Is this stuff any good?

I wanted to backhand her actually for doing this as I think these kind of products are garbage. Full of sugar and etc. alcohol?

why don’t you trust your dentist?
It’s just a mouthwash, it’s not something that will harm your kids. If your daughter keeps a pristine hygiene maybe she wouldn’t have recommended it.
there’s a alcohol free version of colgate plax. you can try that.
they’re not stupid to add sugar to mouthwash.

if you don’t want to listen to someone who has had more knowledge than you, then go be your own dentist.
