In my 401k I have the option to invest in a Health care mutual fund(VCHSC).Should I?

I want to allocate 10% of funds to it.It has a Morningstar rating of 4 stars.I just don’t know if it is good for long term growth.Any body got any advice or 2 cents?
I have 30% in a world stock fund already,thanks.

It may be a good deal, but many health care companies may lose money due to rising costs. They may also suffer if any of these universal health care “plans” get passed. It can go widely either way, so I would stay clear.
