Health Care Reform
Thousands of people in the U.S. denied health insurance each year and are facing large bills for care due to pre-existing medical conditions. That's because many insurance companies refuse or charge exorbitant premiums for the high those who suffer from things such as hypertension, asthma, heart disease, diabetes or cancer, and is the result that these people may face serious financial problems. However, despite the difficulty of being in this position, there are options available. Many health insurance providers allow people to challenge their decisions, and there are many alternatives that may be considered.
Make a call
If for some reason were excluded from health insurance, a step is to appeal that decision. Laws should be investigated because of their refusal, and records must be preserved at all if the company should require documents. If your insurance provider does not always cover chosen after a call, the next step is to contact an insurance broker health insurance specialist. In most cases, health insurance brokers know the system well and can work through it and find a good policy almost the entire world. However, it may be necessary for the policy you are offered a clause that excludes the processing of pre-existing condition. This scenario is not often the best solution, but it is an option to consider for some people.
Other options considered
Although private health insurance coverage is the most desirable, but there are other options to consider. This law now applies to children, and since January 2014 also covers adults.

The Reform Bill of Health – windfall for pensioners insurance
Project law to health care reform has recently largely ignored a clause that is expected to offer some relief to health plan sponsors who are struggling with costs medical care to retirees. Known as the "Program of Reinsurance", this provision creates a subsidy for plan sponsors of retiree health that offer coverage to anyone aged over 55 years.
This new program offers a similar incentive for employers is that it offers Modernization Act Medicare 2003. Employer groups that are willing to maintain insurance plans health care for retirees will be eligible for major contingencies. The program Reinsurance offers obvious advantages for industries and businesses that are dominated by unions and face heavy retiree medical plans.
The potential savings
The proposal is the new program will establish a temporary program of reinsurance for employers who offer health insurance to its retirees over 55 or more, but is not currently available for Medicaid. Employers and insurers will reimburse up to 80% of claims between $ 15,000 and $ 90,000 Paid retirees.
Taking the example of a business group which has 700 employees and 500 retirees in the program and spend 10 billion a year on its health insurance program, the grant can be up to $ 725,000 per year, equivalent to a reduction of 14.4% of the cost of the pension plan.
Does it work?
Chances are, no doubt, a group of people in government who seek to dilute and limit the category of providers that are able to make claims, as we have learned Lesson of the RDS (retiree drug subsidy) program. In this case, the drug subsidy would initially be calculated on all prescription drug costs that have been incurred by plan sponsors. However, this relatively simple formula is complicated by a decision made by bureaucrats to exclude certain categories of drugs of this grant. The concern is that there could be a similar reasoning in this case with some medical expenses are excluded from then, to align with the eligibility only approved medical procedures in the master plans of government as defined in the final draft of reform.
The text contained in the bill, it is difficult to know how much will really benefit from the grant. The Senate bill: "The program will reimburse insurers and employers, "then the bill in the House gives only reference to" employers ". This vague wording leaves us with question, the employer granting eligible or not? Remains to be seen, but is expected by many that this happens because that will only serve to benefit businesses and retirees.
