Physicians may work directly for the hospital, working for a "group" or work for themselves. The groups are companies that employ a large number of doctors. The hospital pays the group and the group pays the documentation … or the hospital can pay directly if they are salaried document. In addition, documents can work for the government and are paid differently. Again, very complicated when it comes to compensation for doctors. HMO and PPO are health plans that include everything you just mentioned. They are looking for doctors within their "group" and return to base aquity. However, sometimes (mostly), patients can live … Why? Because they are the nonprofit agencies. I mean the part of the prescription of all. Places like England "universal healthcare" systems which means everyone can see a doctor.
