Bandages should not be changed after a breast reduction?

My surgeon told me that the tires should not be changed for 5 days after breast reduction surgery. Is this true? This is what happened in my case and I had to fight infection cellulitis (I went to another doctor who diagnosed cellulite, because my surgeon did not hear my complaints after surgery.)

Each surgeon is different to the care of patients. PS said not change during five days. Mina had to change mine after 24 hours after surgery. Be different for each PS. Despite my hearing, that will be changed after 24 hours. I'm glad you went to another doctor. Do you happen to mention why he would not change his bandages for the period of time?

His incorporation of techno, house, and chattering drum’n'bass rhythms kicks up the energy of many of his productions; more than a few tracks also benefit from weird little synth flourishes that frequently pop up in the background. The music is more complex than it seems on first listen, which is easy to miss given the relentlessly cheerful melodies; in the end, it also helps keep the self-conscious kitschiness of some tracks from getting overbearing. The result is a delightful, infectious album that’s not only hooky as all get-out, but also rewards repeated listening. Let ‘em Have It – B&W $6.99 Produced independently by Edward Small, this surprisingly realistic gangster yarn stars stalwart Richard Arlen as Mal Stevens, an attorney recruited by the newly organized Federal Bureau of Investigation. After Mal and a couple of fellow recruits, Van Rensseler (Harvey Stephens) and Tex Logan (Gordon Jones), foil a plot by Joe Keefer (Bruce Cabot) to kidnap Eleanor Spencer (Virginia Bruce), the trusting debutante foolishly secures Joe’s parole. From the outside, Keefer then masterminds a prison break for some of his pals and together they begin a reign of terror. Eleanor’s brother Buddy (Eric Linden) goes undercover on behalf of Stevens and is killed by Keefer, but Eleanor, still denying that Keefer, her former chauffeur, is a gangster, blames Stevens. To avoid detection, Keefer kidnaps Dr. Hoffman (George Pauncefort), a noted plastic surgeon, who goes to work altering his appearance. His usefulness over, the good doctor is summarily executed but Hoffman manages to avenge himself from beyond the grave: when the bandages are removed, Keefer’s features have been mutilated and his initials carved into the scarred face. Fall Of Plastic Bridges (Bonus Tracks) (Japan) $49.99 Burning Brides: Dimitri Coats (vocals, guitar); Melanie Campbell (bass); Mike Ambs (drums).The Japanese edition of Burning Brides FALL OF THE PLASTIC EMPIRE comes with two bonus cuts.Burning Brides’ debut is the kind of album usually distinguished by the neologism “heavy rock”; it’s too fast and too melodic to be lumped in with “stoner metal” or “post-grunge,” for instance, and too sludgy to be called straight-up “hard rock.” Whatever you want to call this album, the band seems to derive great delight in revisiting a visceral, guitar-heavy sound that was, at one time, so prevalent that it didn’t really need its own subgenre, whether you were referring to classic ’90s albums by the Pixies; early Sonic Youth; Bleach-era Nirvana; or slab-rock by old-school vets like the Stooges, AC/DC, and Black Sabbath. One reason for this may be the fact that its heavy guitar sound was recorded while reverberating off the walls of a room with a high, 30-foot ceiling, which makes for a very “live” feel. Unfortunately, Fall of the Plastic Empire — co-produced by guitarist/vocalist Dimitri Coats and Brian Mctear (Matt Pond PA, Mazarin) — too often tends to replicate the repetitive, dumbed-down sound favored by so many of their somewhat deservedly unsung contemporaries, like those bands on Sub Pop’s roster (Nebula, for example). “If I’m a Man” is probably the best overall track here, though just about every song is propelled along by the kind of ham-fisted hammerhead riffs that cause the fingers of headbanging metal kids everywhere to curl up in a devil-horns salute. ~ Bryan Thomas
